The reaped rewards were gargantuan.
To see something that shouldn't have appeared at all - especially as a Pirate without snacks to shop-watch for - inspired a medley of different responses. Many didn't waste a second, cashing into the snacks in anticipation of SPUDF pets and the newly released Rescue Rover. Others raised suspicion towards the event - was this a glitch, daresay a hack?
I can't help but ponder on towards Pirate101. Should the pirates come across such commodities as the pet snacks (Which suspicion says they may), would anything as such happen? What about the glitch? Was it a glitch, or was Wizard101 truly hacked into? I fear the latter, though hesitate to believe it. Nonetheless, it was a splendid - fishy, but splendid nonetheless - day for pet trainers of all schools.

Swashbuckler Soultamer is a seldom-appearing segment used to broadcast Wizard101 news as needed.
There was a very strange addition of one of the rare Treasure Cards at one point, too. I don't remember if it was Lifebane or Dampen Magic. After that, it was banned in Central tournaments and made no-trade, no-auction, and no-PvP in-game. I'm not sure what to think of this, but I took advantage and got about 45. :P Surely they won't have any such thing as a ban... many probably stumbled upon them unaware that Mega Snacks couldn't be auctioned.
